Please take a moment to ensure you are eligible to participate, and then please select the job title from the list below that you wish to complete the interview for.
We are interested in applicants’ experiences completing on-demand video interviews. On-demand video interviews are job interviews that are web-based which an applicant completes on their own time (no need for scheduling!). If you choose to participate, you will first be asked to complete a 4-question video job interview to which you record your responses as videos using a webcam. Then you will be asked to complete a questionnaire about your responses and experience completing the video interview. This will take roughly 45 minutes. Upon completion, you will receive a unique, randomly generated code, which you must record in Prolific to verify your participation. You will receive £5.75 for your participation. This is the exact process that companies use when conducting on-demand interviews and you will get an authentic experience!
To participate you must:
1. Be an adult – 18+ years of age – we are interested in adult job seekers.
2. Be a job seeker – This can be active (e.g., currently viewing job ads, submitting resumes, interviewing) or passive (e.g., not actively seeking employment but open to experiencing job selection and hiring procedures or casually looking for employment opportunities).
3. Be English speaking – The interview is conducted in English so you must be able to read and speak English.
4. Must have access to the internet, the Google Chrome web browser, a webcam, and a microphone (smartphones such as iPhones and Android devices included) – This is an online video interview and you must have access to these technologies to complete your interview.
The 8 applicants with the highest rated performance will receive a £15 bonus! There is also the additional value of the interview practice, which can help you improve your familiarity with video interviews and gain more confidence in your interview skills.
